Cast-Readiness Notice
Applications may be submitted without a showreel. Stage One Talent represents performers who meet cast-ready industry standards, including professional headshots and scene-based material demonstrating performance opposite other actors.

If you are looking for dedicated, professional representation and a team that genuinely invests in your development, you’re in the right place. This page explains everything you need to know about applying for representation, what we look for in new talent, and how to submit your materials for consideration.

About Stage One Talent

Stage One Talent is a UK-based talent agency focused on supporting emerging and established actors with industry-standard materials, strong career guidance, and direct access to casting opportunities. We work closely with casting directors, production companies and creatives across the UK to help our actors build credits, strengthen their portfolios and secure auditions for high-quality projects.

Our representation is selective because we want to give each actor the time, attention and career support they deserve. If we feel you are a good fit for our roster or talent pool, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.

Who Can Apply for Representation?

We welcome applications from performers aged 16+ with a strong commitment to acting. Whether you are just beginning your journey or have previous credits, we are open to reviewing your materials. You do not need to have trained at drama school; what matters most is potential, professionalism, and a willingness to develop.

Actors with the following skills or assets are particularly encouraged to apply:

  • A professional headshot
  • A showreel or self-tape sample
  • Spotlight profile (optional)
  • Acting credits or training
  • A strong ability to take direction

If you do not yet have these materials, we also offer cinematic showreels and professional headshots to help you prepare your portfolio.
